Raised a city girl with small-town beginnings, I naturally seek novelty in almost everything without losing love for the classic and reminiscent. In the wellness space, I find this especially helpful as I’ve learned through my own journey you often have the ability to take the largest strides forward when you understand and appreciate where you began. With a background in dance and fitness, my understanding and respect for the body have been expanded not only through training but also through learning to cope with injuries.
Coupled with this, a degree in psychology and communications only intensified my curiosity to learn more about the mind-body connection. Equally, I love creating and collaborating with others. And on any given day if I’m not buried in a project you can usually find me fawning over my full gown Shiba Inu, who I still refer to as “the pup” or making an absolute mess in the kitchen experimenting with some healthy and not-so-healthy recipes.
